Emergency Response Plan
The Emergency Response Plan details what an organisation’s processes and protocols are in the even of a critical incident. It should contain information about the responsible people, relevant resources and service providers, and steps to take in specifically anticipated emergency scenarios.
You can download a guideline that we have developed to help you put together your own Emergency Response Plan below. After completing each of the 5 sections, you will have an effective ERP to guide your organisation in the event of a critical event. Importantly, the ERP should be reviewed at least every 6 months, to ensure that contact details, people and resources are all kept up to date.
